We will call you at the beginning of your chosen month to schedule a service appointment. If at any time throughout the year you require a service call, labour charges are free. You pay only for parts (if required) and GST.

Priority Service Package #1 $170.00 Plus GST (Furnace & Hot Water Tank) Package includes: Annual cleaning and service of your hot water tank and furnace. Throughout the year, additional service calls (if required) are free of labour costs. You pay only for parts & GST.	Priority Service Package #2 $240.00 Plus GST (Furnace, Hot Water Tank & Air Conditioner) Package includes: Annual cleaning and service of your hot water tank , furnace and air conditioning unit. Throughout the year, additional service calls (if required) are free of labour costs. You pay only for parts & GST.
Priority Service Package #3 $270.00 Plus GST (Furnace, Hot Water Tank, Air Conditioner & 1 Fireplace) Each additional fireplace add $35.00 Package includes: Annual cleaning and service of your hot water tank, furnace, air conditioner and fireplace. Throughout the year, additional service calls (if required) are free of labour costs. You pay only for parts & GST.
